Always reliable for core work

I've been using Fit2B on and off for a few years now, mostly for the Diastasis Recti Recovery Program and some of the core strengthening eCourses. This last time I renewed my annual membership, it was just as consistent as my previous times. The videos are always there, the instruction is clear, and it really helps keep my core feeling stable. It's why I keep coming back – the reliability is great for someone with specific needs like me.

Good value for annual membership

I was looking for an affordable way to get back into exercise after my last pregnancy. The annual membership had a decent discount compared to monthly, so I went for that. Felt like a solid investment for the number of videos you get. Pretty happy with the overall value for money.

Mostly good, one small hiccup

I purchased the Core Strengthening eCourse and also got the monthly membership. The course content is fantastic and really helped me understand tummy-safe movements. Delivery of the digital content was instant, which was great. The only minor thing was finding the exact video I wanted in the general library sometimes took a moment, as there are so many options. But overall, the quality of the workouts and the clear instruction makes it worth it. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about my account.

My husband wants to join me, are there any workouts for guys? Or is it mostly for women?

A Anna S. 3 weeks ago
Totally for guys too! They even have specific 'Fit2B Boys' stuff, but lots of the main workouts are gender-neutral and focus on functional fitness. My husband does the core strengthening ones with me.

A Andre Walsh 3 weeks ago
Yep, my partner uses it sometimes for stretching and some of the functional fitness videos. It's not just 'girly' workouts, they just focus on core health which everyone can benefit from.

Can I use a coupon code AND get the Black Friday special if they have one? Or is it one or the other usually?

J Jared Kim 1 month ago
Usually it's one or the other. Most places don't let you stack discounts, so you'd have to pick the better deal.

C Chris 1 month ago
Nah, I've never been able to combine codes with sales. It's always whatever the best single discount is at checkout.

I'm thinking about getting an eCourse but also want a membership. Is there a way to bundle those or get a discount if I buy both at once?

A Amber Silva 1 month ago
They do offer bundle savings sometimes, especially if you're getting a course with an annual membership. Check their 'deals' page or promotions during seasonal sales.

I think I saw something about bundle deals before. Sometimes courses are included with certain higher-tier memberships, or you get a discount if you add one on during sign-up. Worth looking around their site.

Is Fit2B actually good for diastasis recti? I've tried a couple other programs and they just made it worse.

A Andre 1 month ago
Absolutely. That's kinda their main thing, 'tummy safe' fitness. They're super focused on proper core engagement for DR and pelvic floor stuff. I've had good results.

C Colin 4 weeks ago
Yes! It's one of the few programs I felt really understood DR. Beth, the founder, specializes in it. It's not just 'do these crunches' kinda thing.

Anyone know if they have a free trial? I want to see if the workouts actually work for me before committing to a membership.

B Ben 1 month ago
I don't think they offer a free trial directly, but they have a ton of info and sample exercises on their blog and YouTube channel you could check out first.

I Ivy Hughes 1 month ago
Nah, no free trial that I've seen. But their refund policy is pretty straightforward if you sign up and it's not a fit within the first bit.

I'm pregnant but still want to keep exercising. Are their videos safe for that? Don't want to do anything risky.

R Renee Lindqvist 2 weeks ago
Yep, they have specific prenatal workouts and are very clear about what's safe at different stages. "Tummy safe" applies to pregnancy too, it's all about gentle core work.

They totally are! A lot of their stuff is designed with pregnant and postpartum bodies in mind. Just make sure to listen to your body and follow the modifications.

hey, was looking at the annual membership but it's a bit pricey. do they ever do sales on those? like for holidays or something?

R Ryan 1 month ago
Yeah for sure, I got my annual plan during their Black Friday deal last year, saved a good chunk. They usually have stuff around then or New Year's.

D Daisy V. 1 month ago
They definitely do! I've seen discounts for annuals pop up in January and November, sometimes other times too. Keep an eye out around those peaks.

What's the deal with Bloom Method vs Fit2B? I'm trying to pick a program and they both look similar for core stuff.

P Phil Doyle 3 weeks ago
Bloom is more focused on the deep core breath and a bit more intense, I think. Fit2B is generally gentler, more about functional movement and healing, especially for DR. It depends on your starting point.

B Beth T. 2 weeks ago
I found Fit2B much more approachable and less intimidating than Bloom. Fit2B has a wider variety of workouts too, not just core specific ones, so it feels more like a complete fitness solution for families.
